Please email me for current guiding fees.

The following conditions should be negotiated and agreed between the client/agent and the guide:

For a full day lasting more than 8 hours, or a half-day lasting more than 4 hours, an agreed supplementary payment per hour or per agreed additional period.

Please note: a half day typically runs from 0900-1300 or 1300-1700. If a job crosses from morning to afternoon or afternoon to evening, a full day tariff will apply.

In certain circumstances unsocial hours charges may apply.

Dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch/meal allowance on extended tours

Transport/travelling expenses and travelling time to join tour.

I am available all year round.

Cancellation.

Cancellation fees for half day and full day tours:

If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given a fee of 50% will be payable.

If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given the full fee will be payable.

Cancellation fees for extended tours:

A date for final confirmation should be agreed at the time of booking. Beyond this date, guides reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Agent/Client should clearly specify the details of the itinerary and notify the guide immediately of any tour alterations.
